In the third learning for the #notOK concept, the aim is for colleagues to talk to each other about undesirable behaviour. And that is why confidential advisors visit different departments with the Wheel of Unfortunate Behaviour.
During a team meeting, one of the confidants turns the wheel. This lands on a real statement and, based on that statement, the group engages in further discussion. The group first responds by choosing whether to agree or disagree with the statement by dividing into two groups:on the left if you agree, on the right disagree.
Let’s get digital!
But what if you can’t take the wheel with you? Then just do it digitally! And so, we also made a digital version of the wheel in an interactive e-learning module that spins and stops on a statement just like in the physical exercise.
Doing this with a group on a big screen? Then, the group can still divide left and right across the room. And, of course, some in-depth questions follow each proposition. This way, the session can be led by a facilitator who is less familiar with the subject matter.
Surprising
The result is a training that can be given in different settings with the same content. Because everyone has to stand, walk and respond to the question. It is a game that requires you to be active and engaged.
The nod to Wheel of Fortune and the TV studio-style design makes it a surprising training that will stay with you.
