How do you train young employees in an engaging way to work in a supermarket? This challenge was presented to us by Albert Heijn. The result is Albert Heijn's training program ‘Verkloopklaar’.
"Highreviewscores"
The reaction from the young employees shows that a module about shelf stocking can be fun! After evaluation, the module was rewarded with an average score of 4,25 out of 5.
interactive video
An interactieve video gives new employees insight in het werk, and contains humor and curiosity to keep them engaged. The videos are shot from the employee's perspective to give the course a personal touch.
bite-sized learning
In short e-learnings with gamification elements, process knowledge is taught. The bites are interactive and focused on practical application. Each bite can be followed independently and can also be revisited later as a support tool.
campagne
The new employees are onboarded by a buddy. To raise awareness among these buddies about the new training, a poster campaign with QR codes has been launched, linking to videos.
