Everyone has unconscious biases, whether you like it or not. How you see others, someone with a disability or from a different ethnic background, is partly determinedby factors such as upbringing or media.
Together with Brunel, we wrote a training on diversity, inclusion and connection, full of recognisable stories that confront you with unconscious prejudices.
It has been an incredible collaboration for this project, and we could not be happier with the result.

As part of a Diversity & Inclusion programme, Brunel asked us to help think about an e-learning on unconscious bias. The aim is to make yourself aware that you have unconscious biasesand how to deal with them.
Stories tell more than facts.
Together with Brunel, we wrote several scenarios in which it becomes clear that everyone has to deal with unconscious prejudices and that everyone has them. And that’s OK! What matters is how you deal with them. Sometimes they are positive and sometimes negative. But your upbringing, background and experiences mean you can be quick to make judgements without being aware of the impact.
Brunel is excited about the module in which you travel around the world to ask yourself: how much influence do subconscious biases have? And you can find them everywhere! In Brunel’s banging visual style, “the yellow line” takes you through stories and scenarios that reveal the impact of UB.
Could this concept work for your company? Get in touch and we will be happy to brainstorm about your e-learning needs.
