Bol.com always aims to offer the best for every customer, even when they order products from one of the tens of thousands of partner businesses on the platform. How do you make customer satisfaction a topic of discussion for such a large audience? And how do you make it both fun and educational?

That was the assignment we received from the bol.com project team. “Show what the right behaviour is without making it too preachy or condescending!”

In the video learning for bol.com TV, we combine surprising interactions with humorous film scenarios. As a participant, you embark on an adventure with Olivier, a reporter from bol.com TV. This takes you into various unexpected situations where you consistently choose what's best for the customer.

With this concept, the character of Olivier was born, or rather, ‘Olivyae.’ A bit spoiled and somewhat conceited, but extremely kind, of course. A presenter with a wink. Because a story is only as convincing as its main character.

This module calls for a sequel! With the enthusiastic responses to the first episode about customer satisfaction, there was soon a demand for a follow-up. In the second part, Olivier creates a report on IT security.
