Awareness campaign for a healthy risk culture
Volksbank wants to develop risk awareness sustainably throughout the organisation. They do this through online modules, among other things. Everything starts with awareness and that requires the right mindset and behaviour.
Together with Volksbank’s experts, we put together an attractive curriculum of compact and varied Learning Bites. Meanwhile, the first Learning Bites have been enthusiastically received by Volksbank employees.
Interactive Explainer Video
The Volksbank wanted to prove that ‘compliance training’ doesn’t have to be boring. And of course we completely agreed with them. That’s why we recommended our interactive explainer video format.
The warm tone of voice of a knowledgeable presenter creates a connection and his appearance creates the impression of a ‘real’ colleague. And, as you would expect from an explainer, illustrations and interactions reinforce the message. This keeps you captivated until the end – it makes you want more!
For productions like this, we work with the green screen studio located in our office building. We record in high quality and work with autocue. Then we process text, animations, backgrounds and framing in post-production.
